Hi there! Finally I'm getting to update you guys on a little of my life recently. It feels as though we haven't got a coffee day in foreverrrr. So grab that steaming popular tea or coffee and let's talk!

Anyhow HI! How's your springtime been? The elements in Chicago have been mediocre; it still seems chilly and no one was kidding when they named it the Windy Town. I live fairly close to Lake Michigan therefore the wind effects are easily noticed and it feels more chilly than it frequently is. I have to admit that I haven't been in Chicago very much though. Tony's back to playing football so I am visiting him often in warmer locations… like Arizona!
In the event that you aren't aware already, Tony takes on professional baseball within the White Sox Organization (small leagues). Each March he minds to Glendale, Az for Spring Teaching. Lucky for me personally, I am able to work from wherever so I travel as often as you possibly can (who wouldn't?).

Every morning I made myself breakfast at the home since Tony had practice early. I found some organic eggs from your store and have been obsessed on the delicious orange yolks. I ate them with a handful of granola and almond milk.
Been SO in love with granola especially when it contains pecans and toasted almonds. What's your preferred kind or perhaps a brand you like?
When in AZ, I in fact had lots of time about my hands so I baked a lot of cookies including white delicious chocolate blueberry coconut oatmeal and the classic coconut essential oil oatmeal chocolates chunk (pictured over).
Both are thus damn good that I cannot keep them any place in the house.

I spent most my amount of time in the workout clothing I picked up from Target. I'm just happy I wasn't on a beach vacation or perhaps a cruise! Can you imagine wearing cruise clothes for weekly. Hawaiian shirt NIGHTMARE.
I'm basically obsessed with staying active when I travel because I like to eat, eat, eat! Last year Tony and I climbed Camelback hill and made a decision to do it again.
I might absolutely do it again inside a heartbeat so if you ever find yourself in AZ and want exploring, definitely check it out.

By the way, have you tried this passionfruit LaCroix water? I'm OBSESSED and couldn't end drinking them all of those other day.
After our hike, we were looking for some GOOD food so we headed to a restaurant in downtown Glendale called Cuff The food was refreshing and both of us really enjoyed the small atmosphere.
I ordered the the Poultry Tortilla Salad and Tony ordered the Shrimp Po'Boy Sandwich. Both folks saved a little room for coconut cream pie, which wasn't that spectacular but I also kind of consider myself to be always a pie snob usually are not knows.
The next day we went to the Wildlife Zoo Tony took me here on our first day two years ago and I desperately wanted to return.
This time around I could feed giraffes, goats and llamas. Dreams do come true.
Especially when you get to enjoy a little frozen yogurt after!
Another great meal we'd was at Yardhouse located at Westgate City Center where there are always a million things to do. Tony claims he doesn't like Yardhouse but that's probably because he usually orders burgers all over the place we go.

We finally showed up at one I had been dying to try, but unfortunately there is an hour wait and it had been one of those times where you merely can't bear to not eat right at that moment. Shortly after Yelp led us to Anaya's Mexican restaurant and again, it was SO GOOD. Simply look at Tony's plate of food. I wish I would have taken a photo of the aftermath because he demolished the complete plate of meals. Yep, actually ATE EVERYTHING. I don't know how he does it.
I did so what I do best. Skinny margaritas + potato chips + salsa. Some individuals don't know how to make a slim margarita, but this place did and I was oh so happy.
We honestly had the optimum time taking in and enjoying the elements during AZ. It's really such a great place to visit, even if it's just for a few days.
Other activities I'm loving this past month
-I watched Insurgent and Whiplash and cherished them both. On Netflix I simply finished watching Time of year 2 of Bates Motel. Tony and I purchased Time of year 1 of The Us citizens and are in like… After all Keri Russel is in it so there you move.
-Exercise wise, I've been running a lot more. For me, running is very on and off in my life because sometimes I must say i dislike it. The majority of you know that usually I do yoga and interval training. Currently I am suffering from some mysterious throat and back pain that appears to get worse when i do yoga so I've actually am endeavoring to become kind to my body. It's been difficult for me to step away from yoga exercise but too painful to continue it. I've been viewing a chiropractor for months and since points seem to be obtaining worse, I'll be seeing a new doctor shortly and desire to get some even more answers. Not being able to become physically active as much as I'd like to be isn't a great feeling and not obtaining answers is a whole lot worse.
