Tonight we're producing my favorite turkey meatballs (make them!).

I love moving these in a little sugar to make them pretty. If you want, you could roll them in a cinnamon-sugar mix to make gingerdoodles (ginger + snickerdoodles)! Oh, and these cookies will remain smooth and chewy for times from the molasses and darkish sugar! Just maintain them in an airtight container.

3/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon all spice
1 cup packed darkish sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 large egg

i made these!!! proceeded to go straight from your formula…the ONLY issue i transformed was the addition of walnuts. (greatest plan I've experienced all day long)
these were OUTSTANDING. mine flattened a lot more than the picture here, but i believe my very old baking soda is to blame. My dough also seemed very wet, therefore i may not have got assessed the flour perfectly.
the quantity of dried out spices is right on, i want to look for a spicier dried out ginger next time (or maybe grate a teeny little bit of fresh) to really provide them with a bite.
