Kidding… kinda.

Anyway this whole Zac Efron point stemmed from watching The Lucky One for the second time. I understand, poor film choice. The only excuse I can come up with is that ROMANTIC DAYS CELEBRATION is just about the part and I simply so happen to be a sucker for anything romantic. So sue me!
Besides good-looking men, my other obsessions this week include peanut butter and jelly delicious chocolate bars from Trader Joe's, lentil soup, and green beans with garlic clove. Yum, yum, yummmmmm. Seriously I could create a book in regards to the intricacies of garlic and exactly how I slather it in and on just about anything imaginable.
Or I possibly could just inform you of the garlic clove and parmesan crusted poultry I made and exactly how it proved golden brown and incredibly crispy.
Yeah, let's go with that.
Sometimes Personally i think like it's hard to make chicken delicious. Frequently, I'll buy a pound and stare on the package, racking your brains on what to time of year it with or how I could incorporate it into a food. This time I jazzed in the it up a bit with a crispy finish and loads of taste. New obsession? Needless to say.
The chicken is marinated in essential olive oil, a bit of greek yogurt (to keep carefully the chicken damp), garlic, lemon juice, and refreshing herbs for 30 minutes. Once finished bathing in the love, it's covered in panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and baked to some crisp. Delicious is exactly what it really is! Plus, it's perfect combined with my garlic-roasted reddish potato wedges along with a salad.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons simple greek yogurt, mayo, or sour cream
1 teaspoon fresh smashed rosemary
1 teaspoon finely chopped new thyme leaves
4 huge garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Essential olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
Place chicken chest in huge ziploc bag and add olive oil, yogurt, rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Zip shut and tremble bag to evenly disperse marinade. Place bag in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Heat the oven 400 levels F. Line a cooking sheet with foil and fit with a wire rack. Squirt the rack with essential olive oil cooking food spray and reserve.
Place panko and cheese into a shallow large dish and whisk to combine. Set aside.
Once chicken is performed marinating, remove from handbag and put on a large plate. Pat off surplus marinade from the chicken, you do not want it too wet! Sprinkle chicken with a bit more sodium and pepper and drop in to the panko-cheese combination, tossing to equally coat. Place the chicken onto prepared cable rack and repeat with remaining chicken breasts. Spray the very best of the rooster having a bit of essential olive oil cooking spray.
Bake for approximately 25-35 minutes or until poultry is and golden brown and juices work crystal clear. Garnish with fresh chopped basil, natural herbs, or additional mozzarella cheese if desired. Notice: baking occasions will differ depending on the size of your poultry breasts.
